1. Research use only

Every product sold on Pepelabs is intended strictly for in-vitro and in-vivo laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you accept full responsibility for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable product pricing at the time of order; taxes, duties, and shipping costs (where applicable) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

3. Payment

We accept USDC cryptocurrency payments (processed via NOWPayments) and SEPA bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed. SEPA orders are held as pending until we manually verify receipt of funds.

4. Certificates of Analysis

Each batch is tested by a third-party laboratory; the corresponding Certificate of Analysis is available on each product page. Certificates apply to the specific batch referenced and are provided for informational purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepelabs is not liable for any use of its products outside the stated research purpose, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
